It holds a charge very well. The amount of air it puts out was quite surprising! It does a fantastic job. It is quiet enough that I can have it on my cart I push into my patient's rooms and they are never wakened by it or seem bothered. I like that you can plug it into a USB port if you need to charge it and still be able to utilize it while it is charging. I will be buying another one. Another girl that work with me in my department bought on first. She loved her and now myself as well as one other person in our department has bought one too. I actually had a patient ask me where I bought the fan and what was the brand. He was going to buy a few of these fans to have to take with him when he travels.
