Had a couple of issues but I'm more than satisfied with the way they were handled. *by J***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 August 2019* The kit includes everything you need except the heat source, which naturally you have to supply yourself. The procedure to replace the battery is pretty straightforward but is (as I was warned) a little nerve wracking. The main thing is not to rush things and start prising at the back cover before the adhesive is well softened.Take your time and keep re-warming as you make progress and it should all go fine. I'd add one thing to the instructions as per their youtube videos, and that is to use an old credit card to lever the battery out once you get it started as it spreads the load better than the 'spudgers'/guitar picks. Also, as the battery starts to lift get some heat between the battery and the phone and it will come out much easier.Lastly, don't make the silly mistake I made, which was to forget to take the SIM card out first. I was Lucky and got away with it but don't risk it.Unfortunately, when I'd completed and peeled off the protective film from the back cover, I discovered that it had a small crack. Definitely not of my doing but no way to have seen it until I'd finished up. The reason I'm still awarding 5 stars is because of the excellent customer service I received from Yaou UK. I sent a picture of the cracked phone and there were no quibbles or hesitation at all. I was offered either a full replacement kit or a £10 refund. TBH, I would have been happy (and I said as much) to be sent a new back cover but I accepted the refund as the cover alone wasn't an option.I can't comment on the battery as such as my wife is just on the 5th full charge/discharge cycle but she reports that it is taking more of a charge and seems to be okay. I would definitely buy from this seller again.Update 29th October 2019.Unfortunately, the battery was terrible and quickly went from bad to worse in that the battery held little charge and would randomly drop to 0% from 50% or more. However, I contacted Yaou and explained the issue. I had a response the following morning to say they were very sorry that I was having problems and that they would be sending me a second complete battery kit and if that one wasn't up to scratch they would refund me in full. The new kit arrived the next day; fitting was a lot easier having done it once and the phone was back in action in about 20 minutes. The old (first replacement) battery had actually swollen and was obviously faulty (maybe they had been supplied with a bad batch.) Anyway, happy to report that 2 weeks later the battery is performing really well, much better than the old (original) battery was and my wife is very pleased with it.I really can't stress how good the customer service has been from Yaou and would still definitely buy from them again. ### ⭐⭐ Careful when fitting ! *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2019* I bought this for a Galaxy S6 just hoping for another year really ,seemed a good price and sturdy product with 2 yr guarantee...Sat patiently and followed YouTube instructions ,not the easiest but prized apart gently as I could,battery fitted easily ,put back together but bottom half of screen unresponsive and could not unlock !Took apart again (cracking new back protector)Checked wires etc all seemed ok ,screen now had shooting colours ,went blank ,but still receiving messages ....Result was screen knackered ,had to buy a new phone asap !! Wish I had not of bothered as can get fitted for £40 I found out later...Company were sympathetic and offered a full refund .Just be very careful if you decide to do this as screens are sensitive and expensive ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transform your Samsung s6 *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 October 2019* I found the battery very easiy to fit after following please following youtubes video on how to change it please take your time make sure you use enough heat to remove the back. Do not worry if you break the back glass as you will find a new one ready to fit in the YONTEX pack along with the complete tool set to complete the task you do not need any heat to re-assemble the phone please make sure you start the phone to make sure the connections to the battery sound before you fully replace the new back.On recharging the phone the good news is the battery life is very much extended and no need to recharge during the day the battery seems to get better in time.
