I have them on the closest spot and they're still too long for some exercises to be totally effective.I'm also really disappointed that the "workout guide" is on the sides of the box. At first, it felt rather weird because I'm used to traditional weight training equipment. Once I got the hang of it, I was definitely able to perform more intense workouts.What I also like is the option to use the BandBoard as my own portable gym it came with a great carry bag that I can also fit a change of clothes and a bottle of water I did not realize the bag was in the box I was very happy.I will start with the level 2 bands. The bands included in the box and also plan to buy the stronger bands they sell as I increase my strength.
