Perfect for small spaces
Moved a friend into an assisted living facility. This desk fit perfectly in her 450 sq ft studio. As you can see she has a bulky printer and all in one PC. There's even room for the mouse pad. (Disregard her reading light over the monitor) Assembly was very easy. Lay the desk on a soft blanket or carpet to assemble. Read the directions! Follow the photos on instructions. Step by step, Lay out legs B and C as shown in the instructions. Pour the glue in each hole of the desk where the legs will be installed. Use all the glue that is supplied. Don't be stingy. Put pegs in the holes of each leg. I lined up the screws loosely into the desk and legs just because I didn't want the legs to move while I installed the other legs onto the desk. Then I went back to the first leg and using the lock washer and regular washer I tightened each leg with the supplied alan wrench. I used a towel to turn the alan wrench, fingers not strong enough without a towel. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS. I flipped the desk over and pulled out the drawer to remove the styrofoam. The desk drawer comes already installed - you're only installing the legs. DO NOT DRAG this desk - lift and place where you want it to go. The desk drawer is long but doesn't fully extend - it's not meant to fully extend due to the depth of the desk. Perfect for pens and a small pad of paper. Desk is not very heavy. I recommend buying a separate clear plastic top cover so you don't scratch the surface. The bottom of each leg is left raw - it's fine because is sits flush on the floor. All pieces came in perfect condition, all legs fit perfectly and flush with desk top no gaps, I highly recommend this simple small desk for small spaces.

A MUST BUY
The desk is undeniably beautiful and very simple to assemble. And trust me, coming from me is saying a lot. All you have to do is turn the desk over to assemble the legs. Then you apply the included wood glue in each of the four corners. Each leg will be marked either B or C and you will input each of them as directed by their directory booklet. Then you insert two screws in each leg and tighten them with the included Allen wrench. Voila, there you have it. I would also like to add that I appreciate the easy to follow directory, it makes a huge difference when assembly directions are easy to follow. However, the Allen wrench I received was inefficient on the short side, while the long side fit into the screws like a glove. Thus making the final tightening of the screws a bit frustrating. Now the body of the desk itself is surprisingly sturdy. But, I found the legs to be slightly on the light side. Nonetheless, it’s a wonderful product. I bought it on sale for about $37 and was hoping upon arrival that I didn’t end up with a product where I would have to say, “Well, you get what you pay for.” I am simply ecstatic that I received an amazing product for such an amazing price. It suites my bedroom well. I would recommend this desk for people who live in a dorm room or have a very small bedroom. It is very space efficient, but because of this, it’s not meant to hold a lot of things. The drawer is a lot smaller than I had hoped for, but it is still able to hold my basic necessities like my pens, pencils, stapler, and mini notebook. The only downside is that unfortunately it came with several small dents. It was nothing major though and I fully intend to keep it. Not to mention, I received a partial refund for the damage. Easy enough to assemble, quality could be better
This assembled easily, just about as I expected from this brand based on my previous purchase experience. However, the glue was frustrating but easy enough to apply. As for quality, the quality of the desk gets the job done but it takes damage way easier and way more than I expected. It had a couple dings right out of the box (nothing surprising, this happens with a lot of things). In addition to that, it could not even be moved on VCT flooring without taking massive scratches to the surface. I will also say if you are not one hundred percent straight at pulling out the desk drawer, it just will not budge. It is overall a bit wobbly, wobblier than it should be but acceptable considering how it assembles. It is definitely the size I was looking for, it goes well in smaller spaces and is good to add an extension of sorts to another desk. If you are looking for easily assembly and something affordable to get you through whatever time you plan on using this for, it appears to me that it will last. You will save a buck, and it is something I did not regret and consider it worth it for my needs.

Really nice and really cheap
Parsons Desk with Drawer - purchased 6/5/16: SHORT VERSION: This is a really good deal for a desk that looks this nice. I have bought two of these and would recommend them. Nice looking color and faux grain, easy to build, and strong enough to be a desk (but not a ladder). Pros: +Price - I was going to build a desk from materials but this cheaper than buying the wood alone, much less the drawer. +Style - Looks great +Easy to build - seriously anyone with functioning hands can do this one. +Not real wood - no need to worry about water rings from cups! Cons (I am being really nit picky here): -Drawer - the drawer doesn't fully extend so you have to dig around in there if stuff is in the back. -Edges - the edges of the table top are kinda sharp on your forearms. I just rubbed it with some sandpaper to fix that. VERDICT: Buy it, it is really cheap and good quality. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. FULL REVIEW: Looks (5/5): The finish is well represented in the photos. It is a laminate covering over particle board (and laminated wood on the legs). Function (4/5): This desk does exactly what you want. It holds your computer off of the floor. The proportions are good and it is fairly sturdy. When assembled properly, there is a small amount of glue on the pegs which help to keep things together. See assembly section for more details. It ends up not being too loose or wobbly, and feels reliable. I wouldn't stand on it though... The drawer is a small drawer, which is fine, except it doesn't fully extend beyond the end of the table. This means that you will have to dig around in the back of the drawer underneath the table top to get things if they are back there. This is a very cheap desk, so I am not removing a star for this, but worth noting. My macbook pro 13" (late 2013) fits inside of the drawer and can be inserted and removed with a small amount of clearance - really small. If you have a larger laptop you might not be able to do it. A keyboard and mouse would be no problem to tuck away, though. Assembly (5/5): Assembly takes about 20 - 25 minutes if you aren't working at a feverish pace. The steps are very easy, all told 5 diagrams on the manual. You basically just put glue on the dowel pins (4 of those), stick them in the ends of the legs, and then put two bolts with lockwashers and washers into the legs through the table sides. Very easy. It is actually pleasing to see that they include the glue, as a lot of furniture doesn't even think to require glue, and it is hugely important. The glue comes in a small squeeze tube and it makes it easy to apply.

Its decent but it needs work, here's why
I read all the reviews before purchasing, there are a lot of reviews saying their desk was small and chipped. I assumed It was a shipping error (like the delivery partners dropped it a few times) However, right out of the box the desk i received, was also chipped it was disappointing. We searched in the box to see if we could find the chipped corner piece, to repair the corner, after all if we find the corner in the box that means it was chipped during delivery, Surprisingly the corner piece wasnt in the box... not a crumble was in the box. So I received a brand new broken desk that I will need to fix to feel satisfied with. Its honestly disappointing. The desk itself is larger than I anticipated which is a plus and it has a drawer for storage which is perfect since it will be used as a vanity. The drawer itself is a decent size, pallets and notebooks can fit in it but... it doesn't pull all the way out. So when you open it, it pulls out a couple inches. Overall the desk is nice, for the price and size, also putting it together is simple/easy. Its a lightweight desk so its sturdiness will depend on how much weight you put on top of it so it doesn't sway. Its suitable for stationary work or as a make-up vanity for anyone who doesn't mind a few chips here and there.

Wow! Great find! White Parsons Desk.
I don't always post reviews but I do buy a lot of things on Amazon, so I read the reviews and watch the videos. I watched a customer video of a woman putting this together, and I was all in. Only one video showed a flaw, but it wasn't a flaw at all. She apparently didn't know that there is a styrofoam block in the drawer for shipping purposes. I only paid $45 for this desk and I would have paid more. I know prices fluctuate, but I will definitely buy "Ameriwood" products in the future. I have no idea who this company is, but I will look for their brand in the future. I am furnishing a new home and some things I have bought from other vendors, that need assembly, have very confusing directions and have ended up in disaster. I was reluctant to buy furniture that needs to be assembled again. But I went ahead and got it anyway. I am in my 60s and I am not that great at putting things together. Let's just say that I don't like it. But this desk was so easy to assemble that it blew my mind. The only issue I had was that the glue for the dowels was dried at the top. After I clipped the bottle with scissors, the glue would not come out. So I unscrewed the top and squeezed, resulting in glue all over my hand when the dried stuff popped out. But it's just regular glue, not the strong stuff, so I just laughed at myself. There was plenty left for the tiny job it was used for. The directions say to have a drill and a rubber mallet on hand, but I put it all together with the hex key they provided and didn't need anything else. I don't know if I am more exited that I put this together, or about the product I bought. FIVE STARS! It took me about an hour but I was taking my sweet time with lot's of breaks. If I had done it all at once, it might have taken 15 minutes.

Bought Several — Great Little Multi-Purpose Tables
I’ve purchased several of these tables because they’re simple, affordable, and surprisingly useful. I use one as a small sewing/serging table, and I’ve also bought them for my kids’ rooms. They’re a great size when you need a workspace without taking up a ton of room. Easy to assemble and versatile enough that I keep finding uses for them!

Will Not Last and Will Not Stand Up to Use
I would call this the "furniture of humiliation and despair". It is mainly particleboard painted with a lacquer-like veneer; the legs are single pieces of wood with the same veneer. It comes with streaks and small chips from the production process. Mine came with a broken drawer which I returned for one with a slightly less broken drawer. The drawer will not pull out and close again smoothly; something is wrong with the hardware/construction. The legs are just sawn off, no edge or bottom paint, making legs very prone to chipping from bottom up, like when fingernail polish begins to come off a manicure. It looks as though they paint long pieces of "leg-shaped" wood, then cut it into many legs and save steps. Rather than finish-painting each piece, they leave raw wood cuts at the leg bottoms. The paint veneer is very thin and brittle, again much like a dried coat or two of nail polish. This black paint finish also shows every fingerprint and, somehow, is almost impossible to clean without leaving a smeary finish. It screws together mostly straight, but has some uneven edges showing gaps of unpainted wood where it shouldn't be. On black furniture, these light-colored, unpainted gaps can be seen from many feet away because of the contrast. The gaps result in a very chintzy appearance, like factory seconds or student first-try, woodshop-project desks. It can be readjusted and touched-up with black paint, a fine brush, a steady hand and an hour or two of painting the gaps until it seems straight; after that, it must be left very still and untouched to keep its' appearance from shifting back to uneven. How useful is a desk that shouldn't be touched? This will act as a place-holder until you can buy something that will last, like "prop furniture" in a theatre (don't look too close). It will chip, gouge and scratch so easily that it will not look somewhat decent unless it is handled with great care. THIS IS NOT FOR CHILDREN OR TEENS! Kids will destroy this fragile thing in short time. No matter how much you tidy the room, you will see a chipped-and scratched piece of uneven furniture every time you look at it. They really should not waste the materials used making and distributing something this badly made. These will all end in landfills far too soon. It makes me sad thinking about making something this temporary and calling it furniture.

Me encanto.

This table was exactly what I wanted!
Love the desk, I wanted a white one that was tall, simple in design, sleek, sturdy, pure white, and overall a perfect table for me to do my makeup tutorials and product staging and pictures, and this table was absolutely perfect for that! Very easy to install, and actually very sturdy! I’ve stood on the table a few times and nothing broke (I weigh 110lbs) Honestly, I’m very picky with the quality of my products and I only buy things that suit my needs, for business use in particular and this product actually translates all of that. I highly recommend for people who have small rooms too, or lack space in their room.
