These Jamieson Biotin Gummies taste great and are easy to take every day. I’ve noticed my hair and nails feeling stronger after a few weeks, and the mixed fruit flavours make them enjoyable. I like that they also include Vitamins C and E for added benefits. The only downside is the gummies are a bit sweet, but overall, a great supplement for anyone looking to support healthy hair and skin.

I normally purchase these in a drug store but I recently discovered them on Amazon so I'm buying them here now, for convenience. I'm a long time user of high-strength biotine for hair. I used to take the 5,000 mg capsules. High-strength biotin works well by increasing the speed of hair growth through accelerating the anagen phase. I can cut my hair shoulder length in December and have it grow back close to my waist by March. I'm not kidding (I also use a regimen of hair strengthening products, such as henne and cassia colouring, Nioxil shampoo and conditioner, etc). These gummies are delicious, fast absorbing and fast acting. I take 3 in the morning and two at night before bed. My hair not only grows faster but it is also smoother since I take them, I suspect because of the added Vit C and E (a bonus). They are also good for strengthening frail nail. Tasty and a good product they’re just overly sweet

These vitamins are like eating a candy. They taste amazing and are so easy to take. I haven’t seen any results yet but I haven’t been taking them for long.
