Wow what an impact this has on this small dresser that I refinished. I have never done any gilding before. The directions were very simple and to follow. I used it on the metal corner brackets that had become very worn and tarnished, so I thought that this would be a great way to add the mental back into the decor.well worth buying .the adhesion worked well.

These gold leaf sheets are perfect for art projects, and are a great value for the price. Took a little bit to get the hang of the process, but was able to achieve the look I was going for! Will repurchase for future projects. Just the right shade of gold!

The size of the gold leaf is perfect for the painting I'm working on. I love how it comes with everything you need & very functionally & the durability will last forever, I have only use on canvas & wood. I highly recommend you watch a YouTube tutorial on How to Gold leave before you start. Will buy again.

Great starter set for gold leaf. Comes with 'almost' everything to get started.. The only thing I wish it included are gloves, or velvet for rubbing, or even some appropriate brushes. The directions were easy and very straight forward. This set comes with 25 sheets that are perfect size for working. If the sheets were any bigger I think it would have been hard to work with. I think there will be plenty of sizing and sealer left over so next time I will only need to order the sheets.

This is a great product for beginners. However it’s hard to tell how much or how little adhesive to use, so some of my pieces haven’t turned out too great. If I miss a spot and the metal leaf doesn’t stick to it, it won’t let me do another round of adhesive on it, so you really only have one shot to get the coverage right. I included a picture of a piece I got to look nice though ! Still recommend.

I love this gold leaf. I used it to paint a mirror with gold and it was great! I still have some and it has kept really well. I love it

This product is all of the above...every item is easy to use, it was fun and results were all that I wanted; the price is great as all. Take a look for yourself...all done in about a couple of hours. Clean up time not included

Comes with a ton of gold leaf sheets and the 2 elements you need for gold leafing. I use gold leaf on canvas, and really love these products, they do not disappoint! As a tip: you do really need to wait about 20-30 mins after applying the adhesive to apply the sheets of gold leaf so that the surface is sticky enough. Also, I recommend going easy on the sealant at first -- you can always add more, but at times if you use too much sealant it will darken the appearance of the leaf. Totally satisfied with this product, I've ordered multiples of this specific kit, I think you get the most bang for your buck out of this, then you can buy all different kinds of leaf (silver, copper, etc.).

I love the product. I ordered an extra package of gold leaf. My project was to hold leaf a stump for use as a side table. It is exquisitely rustic.

I cant say I am too pleased with first impressions. Firstly, when I opened the packed I saw I had received two bottles of sealer instead of one adhesive and sealer as advertised. I promptly requested a refund presuming that I must have gotten a previously returned item and it wasn't checked before sending it out again. But after some investigating, I noticed that one of the bottles had two labels and after peeling the label back I found that the one of the bottles was the adhesive! Why was the second label put on top? Was it a manufacture mistake OR are both bottles really just the same product but ones called "Adhesive" and ones called "Sealer"?? I have not used the product yet to see if this is in fact true, but we shall see...
