Although I have requested the firmware to restore the product 4 times now, the closest I've got to receiving it is a message which read "OK I send it to you".The player itself was more than I would have expected at this price before I tried 'upgrading', and aside from the clunky interface provided pretty damn good sound.But as it is, I now find myself looking at a Chinese-only website in the hope that it gets a newer firmware that might unbrick my device eventually.TL/DR: Firmware upgrade bad. Interface not intuitive. It's heavier than others I have bought but this one feels much better.It does exactly what it says. I bought it to listen music in my car. I connected it to my computer and did copy and paste all my albums. It was really easy to do. I don't know about the sound as I haven't use the headphones, also don't know about battery life as I've connected it in my car's USB. I haven't tried the bluetooth yet either.
