Quality puzzle
So I recently bought this. One day while absent-mindedly playing with it, I got the ring off. I don't know how I got it off. And I have as of yet been unable to get the ring back on! That aside, this is the second Tavern Puzzle I've purchased. They are a bit pricier than other puzzles, but much more solidly built. I have purchased lower cost Hanayama puzzles and taken them to work to share with co-workers, Have discovered that the more cro-magnum of those coworkers solve the puzzle by simply bending bits of it that weren't meant to be bent, to get the ring or shuttle pieces off. They are unable to bend these heavier Tavern Puzzles. These are well worth the money and develop a nice patina over time.

Nice puzzle - one we didn't have already
This was a gift. My husband already has a few tavern puzzles given to him by his father, but he didn't have this particular one. While he hasn't tried this puzzle out yet, I'm sure he'll enjoy trying to solve it as he did all the others. These are a hoot at parties.
