Plugged into PC and selected ‘camera’. Everything up and working - no downloading.It took a few attempts at sliding the cone to the best focal length but when achieved the picture quality is really good. Easy picture collecting or video if preferred.The instrument has a long lead therefore no restriction. The in-line rotary switch enables the light intensity to be adjusted.For looking into ears the instrument if first class - well worth every penny.As a bonus if you have a pet which scratches a lot this instrument would be ideal for checking at the base of the hairs or fur. Might be useful for vets as it is easily mobile and can be plugged in to iphones.Very quick and easy ordering, two days later I was using it.There are screens full of similar instruments ranging from much cheaper to OMG how much?
