Great Pilates exercise ring. Doesn’t hurt the inside of my legs when using to strengthen my inner thighs. I purchase the smaller size as recommended and it is perfect. I recommend this product. I purchase in the pink colour and am pleased with this purchase.

Exactly as described. Well packaged and arrived quickly. My fitness/ strength is very poor, so I found it difficult to use. But I was able to use it successfully and know, as I get stronger, I'll be using it to greater effect

Great and sturdy Pilates ring. Comfortable inner and outer handles. Nice bag to carry the ring or to carry your yoga blocks. It does come with a small chart of exercises.
