Women's Multivitamin 40+ (90 count)

This seems like a great multivitamin, easy to swallow capsule, thin and seems very fresh as well. I’m taking it only close to a week, and already feel more energetic, I really think it’s the vitamin, as nothing else has changed. It’s powdered and in a dissolvable capsule so it’s more then likely being absorbed better then a regular hard synthetic multivitamin! I would say the price is reasonable, the quality excellent! Great company!

My daughter research and found the most authentic ingredients of multi-vitamin for my post chemo care. I’ve been taking for couple years now, it seems help maintain my health condition well. I’ll continue taking ancient nutrition multivitamins as long as I can.

I like that this contains low dose of iron and also a "one stop shop" in one pill with so many ingredients, almost seems too good to be true though. I'm only on week 2 so have yet to notice a difference. Once negative is the taste, it has a strong taste even though you swallow it, you taste the pill briefly and it's not good! Not a deal breaker for this though is mostly why I knocked off a star, I dread taking it!

I definitely have noticed a change in my mood and energy levels since starting these. It’s hard to find a clean healthy non synthetic vitamin but these fit the bill. Absolutely love they apply a little TCM by using certain herbs. If you’re a women struggling with hormonal issues and fatigue, I recommend trying and seeing how you feel on these! Also love they don’t taste gross but rather citrusy.
