how does the SOS feature work for this device? Even the company doesn't seem to know!

Our private security contractor monitors our devices. The SOS signal goes to them and they would share our location and info with authorities/state department if need be.

The SOS on this device is working by pressing the button at the front three times. The alert could be programmed to be send to emails to as many recipients as you want, SOS, in app alert Which will appear on the smart phone with to have the Trackimo app installed on.

How much does it cost monthly or yearly and would I be able to stop and start the service?

The first year is included with the device, the second year will cost $60 per year

Does this unit come with a charger?

USB port charger. Fragile wiring and connector. Unit works fine but, doesn’t hold a charge unless you are only using one function or going on short flights no more than 6 hours.
