I think this is one of the best from d3d. Installation is extremely easy. Just a suggestion for installation, make sure that your wifi password doesn’t have any special characterCamera can be easily rotated using mobile phone. When using outside make sure you have good 3G internet connection or it may having lagging. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!My feedback is two prongs, one on the product and the other on the D3D team.Product FeedbackThis feedback is after 3-4 weeks of using the cameras. After purchasing two units of this product from amazon web site with quite a reluctance when other dominating brands like CP Plus, Secure Eye etc. are around the place. The product arrived however had a initial issue with the speaker and the other had some scratches. Amazon replacement was issued immediately and within the next day the replacement items arrived. The installation was like a breeze just that the WiFi setup had some slight issues in the camera being detected however using the Ethernet option it worked. Do not choose the time zone setup at that time as the app hangs hence proceed without the option and later on once on the network it automatically detects it once connected to the Internet.Pros: 1) Very good 1080P 2M crisp, sharp and clear display. 2) The communication protocol used is very light weight hence the cam is easily accessible using standard 3G/4G GSM signals. 3) Camera panning is smooth and the motor is absolutely silent giving almost 360 degrees view. 4) Night Vision is excellent and has no flicker or screen vibrations. 5) Motion detection works however one needs to ensure the timings for the same or else every second you will get a notification popping on your phone which can be pretty bothering. 6) Recording is good and I am using 64GB SD Cards which is sufficient for a 30 days backup based on the app settings. 7) Have not tried the cloud backup yet as am not yet convinced with the encryption features provided to ensure privacy of the recordings.Cons: 1) Initial setup has a glitch while using the Wifi option during setup however the Ethernet option if chosen helps. 2) The wall bracket provided for installation wasn't the one shown in the image and hence had confusions on the same which the D3D support team resolved immediately with a new video on how to ceiling or wall mount the cameras. The quality of plastic is slightly flimsy and hence I am not confident on mounting the cameras lest it falls and breaks. D3D Team Feedback.Must say that this is the best support I have every experienced ever after purchasing online products. Usually the product post sales feedback is very poor or not worth mentioning compared to pre-sales experience. But in the case of D3D this was completely different. Let’s start with the support team who was very prompt in registering the warranties of the product. D3D web chat support is prompt and the executives are very helpful in resolving queries. I had installation queries and they were promptly responded. The over all experience with the initial purchase of 2 units of this camera prompted me to get in touch with D3D sales team as I had a requirement of more cameras.One of their sales executives Ms. Disha Jain responded over web chat and WhatsApp initially and then got on calls to explain the products they have and compared each model and finally based on my requirements suggested me the best fit model numbers for both Outdoor and Indoor cameras. Her product knowledge and efforts to assist me over and over again with my queries is greatly appreciated. Not only did she help me with the purchase but also worked out a very good deal which was commercially viable for me and ensured the product was packed and dispatched under her own personal supervision. I ended up purchasing five more quantities totaling to eight units. The delivery was magical and next day itself I received the consignment. She even checked back with me to ensure that I had received the consignment and the units were all in good shape.Would particularly put this on records that if it wouldn’t have been the pre-sales experience with Ms. Disha I wouldn’t have gone ahead.
