I am a swing trader who uses stocks, options and leveraged ETFs for trading on a time scale of a few days to a month of holding period. However, I was certain that I could benefit from a guidance on the subject of volume profile. I was not disappointed. The author does an admirable job of educating about the importance of volume as the third dimension of a technical analysis, the price and time being the other two. His explanation of the market movers' footprint to be found in the volume bars is lucid and coherent. I had no difficulty buying his arguments trace the movement of the market makers from their volume footprint. Applying his observations on trade setups was a logical conclusion and I set about examining dozens of charts of equities prospectively to see the results. They work with proper precautions taken as described by him. It is rare to see advocates of this theory or that one admit to their failed trades. This author does it and makes good points to emphasize that nothing works 100% of the time in the markets. I will be re-reading this e-book again in a few weeks and may have a few notes to add at that time. This one of the best educational nugget I have found in a vast ocean of misinformation, idealistic and hopeful prattle about investing advice. It is a bargain at this price and could help you make better decisions in your trading experience.
