We were told by the ophthalmologist that we should start our child on a supplement to help reduce the negative effects of screen blue light (which has been shown to damage the cells in the retina). We found these and are giving them a try. He takes one every day before dinner. He likes the taste, and by the end of the first week, he now asks me if he can take his "pill" if I ever forget to give it to him. As for the long term effects, as with any supplemental treatment, you really don't know how much it will help. A better treatment in this case is to simply limit the device screen time, which we've also implemented.

I have never received my order. It said it was left in the mail room, I don’t have a mail room. It’s a good product . The problem is I paid Amazon and they didn’t deliver! I won’t make that mistake again.
