This stuff is great, I want to put it on every surface. I initially bought it to use as workspace matting in my lab. I wanted something that would add a bit of friction and padding to facilitate handling tiny, delicate optical components. Exceeded my expectations. It was such a great use my coworker stole my new mat, so I had to make a new one. I even ended up using it to line some delicate-instrument storage drawers, tool benches, and shelves. It worked great for that too! It lays nice and flat, is thin (2mm I think) without being flimsy or weak, has a nice grip but is low-tack and doesn't actually adhere, is easy to cut, looks nice, and makes a nice soft cushion for objects without too much compression so as not to reduce stability (ie: good under glassware). It also cleans really well with isopropyl alcohol. I am definitely buying more.

Nice and grippy and it stays flat too! Also protects whatever finish you put it on because it's soft. It's not a hard plastic, but kind of like a thin close cell foam. Very nice.

I love this stuff. I have used it to make a nice-looking cover for our wooden coffee table, desk covers for our two wooden desks, and covers for our wooden nightstands. It is incredibly durable, easy to clean, and has withstood years of hard use. I like that fact that we can prevent damage to our wood furniture from dishes, food, or electronic equipment. It seems a bit pricey, but it is totally worth the money for how durable and versatile it is. I haven't as yet used it as a traditional shelf liner, but I'm sure it would be the best at that job, too.

Recently used this to line my bathroom vanity drawers. The only downside is there are no cutting guidelines to help one cut straight. I used a yard stick and ink pen and was able to easily wipe off the ink marks with a damp paper towel and a little bit of soap. The large size allows each drawer to be lined in one piece instead of overlapping which is nice since this liner is thicker than others and would be very noticeable. I chose this one over the others since there were no ridges and will be easier to clean. Sometimes items get banged up in shipment but this arrived in perfect condition while the first one I purchased at a store was dented and with a slight stain in one spot.

This is great drawer and shelf liner. It is slightly spongy, not too thin, not too thick, pliable and has no odor. Easy to cut and install. Take measurements, use a large hard rectangular surface that can withstand a razor blade, and a t-square. Hold the t-square firmly against the top of the rectangular surface to maintain straight edge, and press down hard. Use the razor blade pressed against the side of the t-square to slice a clean edge. Scissors can be used to snip in places that resist the razor blade. Washes easily. Lasts forever, even in humid weather.

Very nice for shelves. I have used a lot of this and am very happy.

I have always lined my kitchen drawers and cabinets -- a habit I got from my mother. Over the years I have used a variety of liners from plain white shelf liner paper to contact paper to spongy doily-like products. This liner, however, is the best. We just remodeled our kitchen & I decided to line all the new cabinets & drawers with this solid grip liner. I really like how easy it is to work with, as well as how it creates a soft surface for my dishes, glasses, etc. Moreover, it stays put & can be easily cleaned with a damp washcloth. And, if it does need to be removed, it comes off easily. It's a great product, especially for an old liner like me.

Great product and lasts. I have used this product for years. Very durable and protects surfaces. This liner is a lot thicker than other liners so I generally place it under sinks and under cabinets or with drawers with heavier items like pots and pans. This typically lays flat but can bunch up on occasion when sliding stuff around. I don't use it in my regular cabinets as things don't move around smoothly. I tend to gravitate to contact paper if needed for glasses and plates. Overall good product. I wish they offered more colors.
