They cater to their dealers, who tend to overcharge people for anything to do with the Crestron products. So I'm pleased as punch to be able to buy and service a part on my own. It works, it continues to work, and I'm happy with the amount of time I have between charges. ### ⭐ Not compatible with OEM *by S***B on February 21, 2019* I purchased this for my Crestron St-1550C remote. When I tried charging it, the charging station's charging light flashes (should stay on steady) indicating the battery has low voltage. Even after fully charging it, I still get the flashing light. Additionally the charge lasts about half as long as an OEM battery.The OEM battery has 4100 mAh capacity after full charge, this non-oem battery has 3600mAh. ### ⭐⭐ ITβ€˜s Oem!!
