This book was very helpful in designing resistant training workouts for my throwers. I am a high school coach and the strength coach at our high school has a football background. This book really helped bridge the gap between the weight room and the ring. I would recommend this for any coach who was to put together better workouts. I've looked and haven't been able to find this information in any other books so I would highly recommend.

This may be a great book for those that need to help college athletes with conditioning and strength training but it is not for high school. The DVD is poorly produced and rather boring. It is greared towards the coach and not the athlete. Do not buy this book if you are looking for a good DVD. Do not buy this book if you need help with throwing form. Buy this book if you need help with workouts and NOTHING more.
