I could probably have gone down 2 sizes. I measured myself 5 times and even went down and ordered one a size smaller than I fit and I could have still gone down a size or 2. A lot of the reviews stat this and it's not false it is true they run big. Now with all that aside this kilt is great quality! Beautiful royal purple color & very vibrant.
