Superfeet RUN Comfort Thin

I tried the blue variant before which I've found them quite stiff. These have those green gel pods, which admittedly I thought they would be a gimmick. Tuens out, they make all the difference in the world. The blue foam is also noticeably softer, but not pillow soft (something along the lines of a squishy rubber in terms of stiffness), so they should last for a long while.

Bought thin version to go with socks that are thicker than I expected. Sizing is generous eg size F (10-11.5) is the same length as the original insoles in my size 12 boots. Superfeet insoles give each step a quicker rolling forward action which spreads the impact from the heel along the whole length of the foot. Worn inside lightweight walking boots my initial impression was "WOW these are brilliant!" and I notice the most benefit when walking on tarmac & hard surfaced paths. No more sore heels with these insoles.

Replaced the insoles from my Nike running shoes with these and I have to say that are great, I have recently done a 50k challenge and not a blister in sight!

I purchased for both me and my Daughter and they fit great in both pair of shoes. Went for a run and really could feel the difference is support - I am happy to have them in my shoe.

Had to be trimmed for a proper fit, but it was easy.

For anyone else looking for an insole that's ever so slightly less thick than Nike's insoles in shoes like the Pegasus 39s or Trail 4s, these insoles are downright thicker than the native insoles that come with those shoes. They also do not compress nearly as much when running.

Not for me, but my papa really enjoys them. Fairly comfortable, but if your feet run hot like mine then I wouldn't recommend these.

Great fit first time, no cutting to fit shoe.
