This purchase was made to replace an existing remote that had some buttons that simply did not work any longer. This is the exact replacement of my original remote. While the DVD player it works with was still operating fine, it wasn't operable without a working remote. This replacement remote saved me from buying a new DVD player. Good quality, same features.

When they arrived the only thing I had to do is put in the battaries. There was no programing involved. The hardest thing I had to do to make the remote work was point and click.

I liked it just fine, I ordered the wrong one though I needed the DVD plus the VCR remote so I had to return it because it was a remote without the VCR and record button, my mistake for not looking close enough

Worked perfectly for a magnavox dvd player... my original remote stopped working and i ordered this one and it worked as soon as i put the batteries in...
