I picked this bar up mainly to use in baking, and it completely elevated my brownies. The chocolate has a deep, rich cocoa flavor that really comes through, even after baking. It’s not overly sweet, which helped balance the overall taste and made the brownies taste more “bakery-quality” instead of overly sugary. It melts smoothly and evenly, which made it easy to work with when mixing into the batter. The end result was a fudgy, rich texture with a more complex chocolate flavor. I had several people comment on how good the brownies were, which says a lot.( husband said they were the best brownies he’s ever had in his life!!) I don't drink coffee but I like caffeine. I love cola but get addicted to it. Dark chocolate has caffeine, but I lose my self-control and end up eating the whole bar in one day. I decided to get this because it gives me the caffeine I want, but is so dark that it doesn't taste good enough to tempt me to eat too much.

My favorite Dark chocolate. I know Dark chocolate isn't for everyone but I like the taste. Plus its without as much or no sugar added. I like the bitterness in the rich taste it lingers in your mouth. I usually break pieces of the squares as I want it to last. This one is my absolute favorite.

I love the taste of dark chocolate and this one, in my opinion, is the safest and is if high quality. I have it in my morning coffee to up the flavor to YUMMY!
