My problem isn’t a large belly just big around without the large belly. In order for this to actually fit proper a large belly is required. Otherwise you have about 10 inches of the material with no where to put it. My suggestion is measure yourself all they around with the biggest part of your belly. Then order. I ordered a 2x and it was so big...I had all that extra material bulging out from my clothes. However, it is designed to do what you need it to do!
