I tried a system like this at the chiropractor.  He had a different name brand.  THAT one turned you upside down untill your thighs were parallel to the floor.  THIS one turns you a bit farther, forcing you to hold yourself from falling on your head with your legs.  It's almost impossible to relax your back and allow your spine to be stretched when you are tightening your legs!  There is no way to adjust this either.  Everything else is ajustable except the most important bit.  I'm disappointed because that is what I bought the system for.On the plus side it is great for strengthening your back and stomach (standing sit-ups) but for the money you pay for it, you should be able to do both.  If only the thing turned you until your thighs were parallel, then you could relax completely and let your spine STRETCH.  Extra pillows don't help...DO NOT buy if you wish to stretch your back.
