Fenix TK35...AWESOME!
My most three powerful flashlights are the Fenix TK40 630lm, the Fenix TK45 760lm, and the ITP Light A6 Polestar 700lm and I love them all. I'm crazy about flashlights, I use them all the time, around the house, at work, camping, hiking, and everything/everywhere else that needs a flashlight or an excuse for one. I recently purchased this Fenix TK35...and wow it's AWESOME! For the price, it's cheaper then both my other Fenix-es, but a pit more then the iTP flashlight (not by much), it is so nice...very bright! This flashlight uses either 18650 or RCR123A or CR123A batteries. The 18650 or more expensive so using the RCR123A rechargeable batteries is a great option. But I think if you use the 18650 batteries it will give better light performance. One of CON or minor complaint I have about the flashlight is the where the operating buttons location. It's on the bottom or tail of the light. So using one hand is not an option. When you need to change the mode you have to flip it over, used both hands to manage the modes. But that's not really a minus just a personal preference dislike. So how well does it perform? It's so powerful comparing to the other 3 lights in turbo mode that it outshines them all, my Fenix-es (TK40 and TK45) and of course the iTP Polestar by a mile! The iTP Polestar is not really in this league, but it's still a nice light. The TK40 comes pretty close but a bit shy. I have also tested this light while driving in the Shenandoah mountain at night against my HID headlights the other day. I have to say, WOW, the light threw even farther then my headlights on high beam. I was so impress! For the price, compact size, and it's powerful light output it is truly a deserving 5 stars, and one other nice feature, it came with a holster! Not like my other two Fenix. And about the battery life, I really haven't tested it but so far it's been a week with 4 RCR123A batteries and still going strong with no problems. If I would of known how nice this light is from the beginning, I would of just brought 4 of them and saved myself over 100 bucks, instead of getting the TK45, TK40, and the Polestar. But honestly I don't regret purchasing the TK40 and TK45, they both have served me well. iTP Polestar also have been good to me on many occasions. Bottom line, I highly recommend this Fenix 35 flashlight! You'll love the performance and it's compact size.

Excellent Flashlight
This is a great flashlight to take along on night hikes. It is small enough to fit into a jacket poket but is very easy to turn on with different light strengths. I even used it to see an animal across my yard one night. It turned out to be a coyote.

Superior light for the size
This is a nice compact flashlight and it shines BRIGHT! It comes with a holster but it can also easily fit in your jacket pocket. The knobs on the bottom are easy to use and feel solidly constructed although the plastic base itself does feel a bit cheap. Be be sure to purchase some good quality rechargeable or you will be spending quite a lot of cash. Also be warned that this light can got very hot so that holster can come in handy if you are using it for a long time outdoors and your pocket is no longer a safe option.

Amazing!
I received my TK35 today and I was very excited. In the pictures it looks completely plastic (IMO) but to my surprise it was not. I put my 4 CR123A batteries into it and I turned it on and wow it was very bright. There was some smoke in the house which came from a cigarette (I don't smoke) and I decided to shine the light through it, and I seen a beautiful beam coming from this little monster, this was around 3:00PM so soon I will check it out in the dark since it is now 7:53PM. I spent plenty of time trying to decide on a light that I should get and I came across this and I said to myself "This is it". The TK35 is a very durable feeling light, I have not yet dropped it and I don't plan to. The light comes with a lanyard, nylon holder, and a spare o-ring. It also comes in a very nice box. The light is has 2 buttons on the tail of the light. The big button is for turning the light on and off. If you just want temporary lighting you can just slightly press the button in and it will stay on as long as you are slightly pressing on the button. There is also a little button on the back which was a wonderful idea. Once you have the flashlight turned on you can press the little button to change brightness The brightness modes are low, medium, high, and turbo. You can also hold the little button and it will cycle between SOS and strobe. Another wonderful feature is the fact that it has a memory feature, and by that I mean if set your flashlights brightness to low then once you turn it off and back on it will still be on low. Okay, I just decided to test it out while the dogs were outside in the back yard and I shined it at a house (Sorry!) and it lit the whole house up. The house is 2 stories but it looks like it could be a 3 story house. So, I went upstairs and grabbed my Maglite 4D LED because I wanted to compare, so I shined my maglite at the same house and it did not do bad, but it did not light up the whole house. I never thought that I would get into flashlights and spotlights but after being exposed to them and seeing what they could do I fell in love. I really recommend the TK35 if you are on a tight budget. It's also a great if you want a flashlight that is fairly small but is a monster. This is my first 'real' flashlight, so I don't have much knowledge. I am trying not to turn flashlights into a hobby, because flashlights are not cheap but they are wonderful. This light is simply amazing, well worth my money. It also got here pretty quick.

I am a big fan of Fenix torches and this is the 6th I have purchased across their range. I wanted a light with a long battery life which could run bright when I needed it and be recharged. I decided on this model as I had some 18650 batteries and the ability to run at 860 lumens was useful. First impressions It was slightly bigger than expected. The head is a similar size to a D cell Maglight although it doesn't curve in at the back. This gives it a very smooth wide beam with a long central throw. The handle fits my whole hand and is smaller than the head and rectangular in shape. The power and brightness buttons are on the base. Operation This thing is bright! It stays in the mode it was last left in and when turned on the mode switch cycles between brightness levels. Holding it in activates a strobe mode. The light output is astounding. On full it will light up a room with a similar output to a 60-100W light bulb. Outdoors, you can see a few hundred meters ahead. I generally use low and medium for my dark walk back from the train station which gives a good amount of light. The wide beam seems to look like a motorbike headlight to card and they give a wide berth on unpaved roads. Battery life is great - with daily use and rechargeables I get over a month with 30 minutes a day use Mon-Fri. Features One of the best aspects to this over other 18650 lights is it will run safely with unprotected cells as it shuts off the brighter modes as the battery runs down and has a lockout when the voltage gets too low. This means the batteries I salvaged from old laptops where perhaps 60% of the cells were still good work perfectly. The included belt case is useful although it doesn't protect the lens. It also has some spare o-rings and a wrist strap included in the package. Its very rugged and has survived a few drops onto concrete with only minor scratches. If you are looking for a torch to replace a D cell Maglite and want something smaller (but not quite pocket sized) and much brighter than this is definitely the model to go with.
