This product is amazing. I have been taking it for a few weeks now. The first several days to a week (maybe even closer to 2 weeks), it made me feel absolutely miserable. Headaches, exhaustion, etc. Apparently this happens as it flushes toxins out of your body. After that time, I have had a dramatic increase in energy, and seen a big decrease in my symptoms related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (from the mono virus). Update: I have been taking a scoop of this daily in my herbal tea for over two years now. I suffered for 12 years with chronic fatigue syndrome due to a case of mononucleosis I caught in college. Couldn't exercise, horrible headaches and swollen glands every day, insomnia. Now symptoms of chronic fatigue are something I rarely deal with and only after extended periods of time (weeks) with poor sleep, and never as bad as it was before daily. I play soccer again. I run regularly, I sleep better, headaches are rare. I of course still avoid foods that trigger CFS symptoms (chemical or artificial ingredients/highly processed ingredients/sugar/caffeine), but have found that I can occasionally eat things that are not altogether healthy, and if I drink this right after, it significantly decreases my body's reactions. Highly recommend this product for CFS sufferers. I am back to my old self, minus over a decade of aging.

Excellent quality product

I had a medical issue a couple of years ago. My doctor recommended that I eat healthy. He suggested that I eat plain yogurt and mix in a few different grains and powders including mushroom powder. I just happened to pick Cordyceps as one of my powders. After analyzing many reviews, I chose Om. I just wish that they still offered it in a jar container rather than a bag. I can't say how much this has helped me but I'm pretty healthy right now.
