Hoppe's Bore Light Card

Always need a bore light.

This bore light is particularly easy to use and it's compact. Usually I upload a photo to go with my comment but because I use this so much in my day-to-day at work that I forgot to take the photo before coming home. I use this bore light on my day-to-day schedule at work as I take photos and photography for guns at the auction house that I work at which is McManus auctions you can find us on our website. What I like about this for light is allows us to see inside the barrels of any Glock pistol or revolver very easily with a light feature that bends to the right angle to be able to see inside of the gun. The only dislike that I have which isn't a big issue is that sometimes the light tip becomes detached from the actual light which is easy to clip right back on. It's definitely worth the value that you pay for it and if you're looking for product that allows you to see inside of a gun to get to see if the gun has been cleaned or fired this spore light does the job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐

If you own a gun of any kind, this should be in your tool box. The light is bright and you can see down the bore for any imperfections or how well you cleaned. For the hunter in your life, this is a great gift.

The light unit was defective. When the batteries were installed the pen light would not go back together. However, the angled light tube easily pulled off the light and fits over the front of a keychain light and works great. Since I need the light for an upcoming auction I decided not to send it back. All other service was great and I did gain a functioning bore light. So I am happy even with the bad light.

I have been using some cheap ammo in my M1 carbine and have had some squib rounds lodge just inside the bore. Scary stuff. I bought this to check the barrel after misfires to ensure all is clear before the next shot. The lens is removable, adjustable and works as intended. Bright enough to illuminate the barrel and get a good look see at what’s going on in there.

Highly recommended to have if you’re into cleaning and/or maintaining your barrels. Bright, Lightweight and easy to use.

The lightbulb color is not a pure white tends to be more blue; however, you can clearly see your barrel in any imperfections or gunpowder residue. That may still be inside. Good light and value for the money. Unless you’re using this weekly, be sure to remove the batteries, so they don’t rot the internal light when they leak. Even the best Duracell or energizer batteries will leak in the situations.

Very well made and yes its the orange one, but it is bright and works no problem. Highly recommend it.

Ich hab das Plastik was das Licht umleitet etwas mit Politur auf Hochglanz gebracht ( 5 min Arbeit) ansonsten alles klasse ! Hab die Aluminium Version bekommen!

Vraiment super pratique pour les tireurs, vous inspectez facilement votre chambre et/ou canon très facilement, ça fonctionne à merveille.
