Excellent Headphone in this budget range.
I purchased this product just a day ago and writing the review on my personal opinion. First of all this is my first EKSA product i ever bought , i was having so many doubts about the quality of product and the price which they where offering. But once i the hands on the EKSA 900 pro my all doubts are Cristal clear. The quality of headphone is great i can give 10/10. Also the softness of cushion are so damn good that u wont going to get that much great quality in this price range. LED given in the side of headphone are decent as i m not that much fan boy of RGBs its great for me. But u if u like RBGs then its slightly disappointing for u that its giving u only one type of light I.E Red. But there is more benifit because of it. The headphones doesn't heats up on 5 Hr + use .... I know that too much usage but still i dont feel it heavy. The cushion are so comfortable that u wont feel much more. Coming upto sound quality .... Its loud ... Damn loud ....if u hit 100% u wont going to hear surrounding environment sounds coming from outside ... Which is great cuz this provides passive noice cancelling..... Even for music purpose its a good headphone with slightly high bass. But not recommended for music .... For gaming its the best u can get. I personally recommend please buy this product its just built for gaming. With 7.1 surround sound its just great.... U can hear sound perfectly from pin point location. One more thing keep ij my 7.1 surround sound only works with PC because it requires usb to connect. Not in mobile phone. Mic quality is also great but noice cancellation is average still no issues for me. I highly recommend you to go for it. if u are gamer and wants some lightweight quality headphones which dont heatup at all.

DETAILED REVIEW AND COMPARISON
A great if not the best headphone in the price range. I've used it for 6 days, no issues yet. I was looking for the best gaming headphones under Rs3000 for gaming, listening to music, watching movies, etc. that would last me for years. After watching and reading a lot of reviews, I've narrowed down to Eksa E900 pro and I don't regret it. A friend of mine has the Coolermaster Ch321 which is in the same price range, I tested the headset myself and the sound quality is better in the Eksa E900 pro in my opinion, in games like Valorant, Pubg, etc. footsteps are clear with directions and on top of that bass is quite good for music too, but the mic quality might be a bit better on the Coolermaster. However, Eksa is versatile and can be used on different platforms including phones(3.5mm jack), consoles, etc. which to me is important. I have a small head and the Eksa fits great, it is quite comfy and I can wear them for hours, also, even though i normally sweat a lot, my ears don't sweat much while using these headphones for long periods. Build quality is also good. Overall I recommend this headphone to anyone looking for the best headphone in the Rs3000 price range. My only complaint is the packaging from Amazon, the headphone was packed in the paper bag kind of packaging without any bubble wraps which could easily damage the product while shipping and handling. Due to that I deducted the 1 star.

Jewel of a Headset
This is a complete review of the headset Eksa E900 therefore if you're already settled on picking this headset please skip this review and order without hesitation - it is worth; now if you're still have some questions, stay put I hope this review will cover all your answers. I will start off with thanking Amazon for very fast and careful delivery as the container box doesn't have a dent on it. Great service by Amazon. My review contains sections: 1. Introduction 2. Build Quality 3. Performance 4. Audience and 5. Conclusion Okay, first of all bear in mind that this is a gaming headset hence audiophiles would get disappointed. Eksa E900 is a Virtual 7.1 surround headset with detachable mic, usb and 3.5mm support. The driver size is 50mm. There is a single accent red led both side of ear and they turn on only with USB connectivity. The LEDs do not blink or change colors. The headband is self-adjusting. This headset works with PC, Mac, Xbox, Ps, Mobile and ipod because of the CTIA standard 3.5mm jack support. Also one 3.5mm mic + speaker splitter is provided with the headset so you can use without the usb on PC. But there is one thing to mention. The 7.1 surround only works in PC if you use the usb. If you connect the headset with 3.5mm jack to your pc it will work as a Stereo headset. There is no driver cd provided with the box therefore you have to download it from the official website. Plug-n-Play works fine but I would highly recommend to install the driver as it has special features available on the driver. There is no in-line mic/vol control on the usb cable but is available on the 3.5mm cable. It may be deal-breaker for some but I personally loved the idea having no in-line controls on the usb cable as it affects weight on the cable also the volume rocker dial tends to get damaged overtime on use. Both cable lengths same (1.5m perhaps) and it's adequate for PC also other devices. There is no way to disable the LEDs so they always will be on if connected to usb. For price less than 2600 inr this is the best build quality you can get. Moment after you open up the box you can feel the premiumness of this product. The material is fibre not plastic. Yes, the cusions are made of Memory foams which can be seen in more pricey headphone. The memory foam is best for prolonged use (more than 4-5hours straight) as these are softer than sponges and doesn't cause sweating. You will feel the headset on your head but you wouldn't feel the cusions pushing on your ears, honestly. To be truthful, I thought the cables wouldn't be that good as they advertised but I'm amazed that they exceeded my expectations completely. The cables aren't braided but they are smooth as good quality cable can be. These are matte finished. The 3.5mm pins are gold plated but the usb pins aren't - they are made of steel. The cushion sitting under headband also made of memory foams and provides great deal of comfort over your head. The mic is noise cancelling but I'm not sure if it's boom mic or not. There are locks both on mic and 3.5mm input ports on the headset and locks the cables perfectly. Top of everything, the best thing about this headset is that it weights only 250gm(approx.) without the cables connected and it makes the headphone so much comfortable on your head and ears. The red wire connecting two speakers are nicely attached to the headset and doesn't move if you flick or pull. That is a sign of good finished product.

Most comfortable headphones and EXTREMELY AWFUL microphone I've ever had!
TL;DR This is definitely a MUST BUY if you want an EXTREMELY AWFUL MIC GREAT - build quality, sound, bass and comfort Prolly this is my first review ever on Amazon. Here's my story.. I got these on Amazon on Nov'23. This product really surprised with build quality, sound, bass and comfort. This is without a doubt one of the best headset I've used so far and was really very happy about it. Although I never paid much attention to how my microphone gives out the audio to others, prolly coz it was good enough for them to hear and no one complained about it. After 3-4 months, I started getting complaints from others to check my mic as it was giving out a static noise along with my voice whenever I'm speaking. I wondered as to why that happened as I took very extremely great care of the headset. I checked almost every mic issue fixes available online(not exaggerating) and nothing worked. After a few days, the noise was continuous even though I don't speak anything and even if I speak, it does not capture my voice at all.. instead a continuous static noise. So I reached out to the customer care on April'24. They asked me to try some fixes and nothing worked. At last they offered me a replacement and asked me to keep the product with me only. I was fine and they sent me a package. But I was very disappointed to see that the product I received was the Eksa E900 and not the Eksa E900 Pro which I have been using. It was funny to see the Eksa E900 kept inside the Eksa E900 pro box with all the booklets for the pro version inside. Also the device they has sent was damaged, torn, had dents and was very dusty (looks like it was a used product). How was that a replacement? was that supposed to be a joke? I reached out to the customer care addressing the same. This time they asked me to send them the E900 one which they sent me as replacement. Later I got the new product, again everything was perfect. This time I checked the microphone, it was just fine and not great. After 4 months, I started seeing the same issue on the new headset they sent me. I still had my warranty so I reached out to the customer care again, they told that according to their policy, they can only submit a free replacement once during the warranty. Later I threw away the mic and started using it jus for other things that it is great at. I even found someone writing about a similar experience on reddit. But I believe he/she didn't realize that the customer care sent them the E900 and not E900 pro. So please make a wise decision while getting these.

Read This before you get the headset.
The first thing you'll notice is that the package is really small, but there an headset, pouch and the needed cables in it. Now lets get right into it. The headset itself is small for my head, that is if you have large head don't get this, i know in the video i shared it does look big but its not. The sound quality is alright but not that great. Mic is good. Comfort is not upto the standard mostly cause it doesn't fit my head properly. Headset quality is good, 20% metal and rest plastic, still its a good build quality.

The underdog
I brought this headphones about a year ago. And I have used this almost everyday for my work(media) and for gaming. So I have pretty long experience using this product. Amazing headphones for gaming . I play cs go and other fps games. The stereo directions on footsteps and other sounds are perfect , clips and aptly recognizable including the directions they come from. I did not find the virtual 7.1 to be too helpful . I noticed that when you turn it on , it only widens the sound stage with an increase in loudness(which isnt a bad thing). I didn't notice any significant improvement in spotting sounds in games from different directions . But personally , I still play games in the default stereo mode. Good enough for music . (Some parts of the mid range frequency are not very strong on this) .. Bass is heavy , tight and thumpy. Highs are sharp enough to feel the richness. Yes the Eksa app does have an equalizer . But not matter how much you equalize them , every headphone comes with a certain factory built-in standard of sound delivery . (If you want to purely customise the frequency response you would need to go for professional studio headphones , which come with a flat coloured sound output) The microphone is very clear and almost , almost professional quality. Nobody during the whole past year I used it has ever complained about my voice being unclear. (Now that I think about it , really impressed with the mic) And if you are wondering , the cool lights on the side while using the USB still works fine for me . No problems with the product at all . However , cushion on the earcups have gotten softer recently . Earlier it was much more stiff and hard . Maybe I can give it a wash , dry it in the sun and it may improve. I am not sure . Finally , if you are buying these for music ALONE , I would say it's not worth it . Spend that money on headphones with better frequency response . But for gaming , this baby is an unsung hero ! 5/5 for gaming 3.5/5 for music

In-Depth Review of the EKSA E900 Pro Gaming Headset
When I first tried on the E900 Pros, I was pleased with how comfortable they actually were. There is ample padding on the ear cups, as well as the headband. You'll get lots of cables with the headphone(Type-C to USB cable for pc and laptops), (3.5mm ox cable for mobile, tablets, ps4 and xbox). I generally prefer to not game with a headset on. The reason being is over extended periods of time, they tend to get less and less comfortable. However, this was not the issue with the E900 Pro. I wire the E900 Pro for upwards of two-plus hours straight while editing images. They were never uncomfortable to the point where I had to remove them, even for a few minutes. When testing the E900 Pro, I abused them as much as I could. With every test, I thought this will be where they fail, but the never did. No matter how much bass I tried to pump into them, I never dealt with distortion, Even when attached to the Sound Blaster AE-5 Plus, and playing music with deep, heavy bass, the E900 Pro held up very well. I spent a serious amount of time playing GTA V using the E900 Pro and its virtual 7.1 surround sound. In fact, I played the entire story mode using the E900 Pro. The Virtual 7.1 surround sound was a great addition while playing GTA V. I heard far more of the random conversations throughout the game and some are pretty funny or messed up. With the virtual 7.1 surround sound off, I didn’t hear as much of the game as I did with it on. The Virtual 7.1 surround sound also worked great in movies or TV shows. However, even listening to music on my phone using the 3.5mm cable, the music sounded great. The E900 Pro has a detachable boom mic with a windscreen. I was pleased to see the windscreen. There are more expensive headsets that don’t include a windscreen. To say I was impressed with this mic is an understatement. I was wrong. This is one of the best boom mics on a gaming headset I’ve personally ever used. They often sound muffled and distant. However, the mic not the E900 Pro was crisp, clean, and clear. It just goes to show you really can’t judge a product but its price. I tend to consider myself an audiophile, some say elitist. But the EKSA E900 Pro has completely changed my opinion on buying budget audio products. The E900 Pro is an excellent choice for someone looking for a solid headed for a great price. I give the E900 Pro a 9 out of 10 scores.

I won't recommend
I purchased the EKSA E900 Pro headset in June 2023, expecting it to deliver a reliable performance given its specifications and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Initial Impressions: The headset initially seemed to offer good sound quality and comfort, making it a decent choice for gaming and general use. Issues Encountered: After 3 Months: The mute button started malfunctioning. Whenever I pressed it, it produced loud, unpleasant noises, which was very disruptive during calls and gaming sessions. After 6 Months: The microphone began to fail. It started making weird noises, and my voice was no longer audible to others, with only random loud sounds coming through instead. After 8 Months: The overall volume of the headset started to decrease significantly. The sound output became weaker, making it difficult to enjoy music, games, or conversations. Customer Support: When I reached out for warranty service, I was met with inadequate responses. Despite following the instructions provided via email, the issues remained unresolved, and the support I received was minimal and unhelpful. Final Thoughts: The EKSA E900 Pro headset may look promising, but its durability is questionable, and the customer support is disappointing. I cannot recommend this product, especially considering how quickly it deteriorated after purchase. I hope EKSA improves both their product quality and customer service in the future.
