It is similar to the cheese product you buy in a jar for dipping or pouring over nachos.  It did get pretty thin when I heated it on chips in the oven but still tasted good.  It doesnt really taste like real cheese but I liked it and would buy again.

It had an oily consistency that was off putting. And the more it was heated the oilier it got. I finally ran it through a strainer to make it edible. Wouldn't stick to a tortilla chip because of the oily consistency. OK if you dip a bagel in it.  Taste was ok.
