In the summer, the heat is brutal on them and they don’t want to walk. I don’t blame them. I purchased one of these to use on the dogs, which range in size from a large male lab to an overweight chow mix and a medium size lean viszla lab mix. I got the extra large and is easily adjustable to use on all of them. When it’s wet, it’s very heavy. You need to wring out, it’s kind of messy for me especially when I am in my customers’ homes. I find the cooling bandannas are a little. Ore manageable. I bought the bright orange color, which has a black mesh underlayment. I wish I had gotten the light blue which I think would reflect the sun better. Overall, the dogs seem a bit more peppy and comfortable during hot, sunny days. My customers are appreciative. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to work but runs big *by Z***9 on Reviewed in the United States on June 24, 2019* The Medium was much larger than I expected. I bought this for my 30 lb agility dog but it's huge. Thankful I have a larger 60lb agility dog who this fits perfectly. She hates the heat and did seem to cool down much faster with this. Maybe not as good as the name brand Swamp cooler vests but a pretty good knock off.
