16mm Waterproof Black Metal Shell Momentary Raised Top Push Button Switch

I had a hole in my dash when I replaced the manual choke with an electric one. I hooked it up to the horn cause I didn’t feel like pulling the steering column apart to fix the original horn button. This works and looks good.

I've used a variety of cheap push buttons in various projects over the years, and have mostly been unsatisfied with most of them. Instead of a nice "click" you get a sort of mushy snap, like squishing a grain of rice repeatedly. Only larger, expensive arcade style buttons gave me the "click" I crave.Then I found this little unit. And it clicks like the big arcade buttons. Add waterproofing to the deal, and its a no-brainer

I had a cheap garage door button in a single-gang face-plate that failed. This unit measured similar to the failed button so I tried it. Really high quality. I thought it was adonized aluminum, but seems to be stainless steel. Looks like a million bucks and the terminals (wire attachment) are very solid.

After hitting the button approximately 50 times in the month I owned it, it stayed closed nearly setting my truck on fire. At a.5 amp 12v draw. Garbage

Size is super small perfect for fitting in tight spaces. The lugs are also slightly recessed protecting the terminals.
