Ok, it's a shaker bottle. But it's a very, very good shaker bottle.I like the anti-lump mixer gauze. Very innovative.It comes with a screw on pot for your protein powder and a divided container for your other supplement tablets.It looks great and works well.

No instructions so don’t know what way to put the spring. Seems to do the job though.

I adore this shaker! It's a brilliant idea that it has a separate compartment at the bottom where you can put a 2nd portion of protein powder or nutz for snacking. I've been using it every day since I received it, and I'm sure I'll buy a similar one should this one come to the end of its life one day.

This is a fabulously designed shaker bottle. I often go to the gym with little tubs of this or that to mix with water during my workout and end up with things hiding in my gym bag. The two separate screw on segments for powder makes the whole process of carrying extra portions much easier. You can take just the shaker/drinks bottle or that and one or both of the extra sections. There is a measure on the side for the liquid volume and the metal whisk is a natty design that attaches to the lid and covers the entire surface area of the shaker allowing good lump free mixing of the power and water.
