For the price this represents a great value piece of home exercise equipment. It is very easy to assemble and is ready to use within a short time of taking it out of the box. I am 5'11" and it is comfortably big enough for me. It feels safe and sturdy and it does its job. It is also very practical if space is at a bit of a premium, as it folds down quickly and easily and can then be stored without taking up a great deal of room at all.

I purchased this product (Athlyt Unisex's Sit Up Bench, Black) for home use and have not been disappointed; it is not a full size bench like you would expect at a gym but it is good enough for a few rounds of sit-up etc... at home whilst watching Netflix ... The product was easy to put together and is relatively light and compact so easy to store away when not in use. I would say that it is great for your average home user but might not meet everyones' expectations particularly if you are a heavy gym user but then the cost of the product reflects that.

For the money this product is great. It’s easy to store away when not in use. Again used in our bootcamp sessions if you know how to use this item it can be used for much more than a sit up. Russsian twist. Decline press. The only thing I would like to see if somewhere easier to hold for a leg raise type workout.

I bought this and managed to assemble although there is one nut you have to tighten with pliers which I don't have so that was a bit annoying. It appears I have too short legs! If I adjust the bench at the highest setting (which I want to), the lower leg stopper is too far down so that my lower back as arched upwards into the air which can cause injuries over time. There is no way of moving the lower leg stopper up without decreasing the incline of the bench, hence reducing the training effect. Poor design! I tried to contact their customer service to see if I'm doing anything wrong but didn't manage. Will have to initiate return.

Really happy with this item. Have to lay a cover over the top bit where the sponges are to make it feel more comfortable. However great workout, can feel the stress in my abs and good for back strengthening too. I would highly recommend getting this!

Very easy to assemble as it was Built and set up within 10 minutes, delighted with with my purchase as it was great value for money.

It is designed in a unreasonable way.The board is so short so that my head is in the air if I want to lie.And I can not put my leg set a confortable way. The gap is too much small. Anyway it is a very miserable experience!
