Would recommend! *by T***R on 13 March 2019* I did a lot of research before buying these.Youtube videos, written reviews etc - and couldn't find one bad review.Too good to be true you may think? Nope! I can't think of anything wrong with them.The sound quality is great, and bumped my production value way up. I filmed an interview with them at the weekend and had no problems.I was using a really cheap kit before this from amazon which I picked up for about Β£60.It popped, cut out and sounded pretty bad with no battery indication.I monitored this over a 1 hour interview and the PIXEL had a solid pickup rate the whole time, hardly any background noise and no popping problems. It has a good, clear battery indicator and you can swap between channels easily.2 transmitters are awesome, and the included dead cat wind shields are very handy.The only thing Id say is that the carry case it comes with is pretty rubbish. The box it comes in it really nice though, will custom cut padded foam. If I can find a way to put that into a carry case then I'd use that.I was going to get the WM-9 as it's cheaper, but I'm glad I spent the extra Β£100 for an extra mic system. Even if you don't plan to ever use 2 mics at once, if one breaks you have another one right there ready.The WM-10 also is cased in metal, where as the WM-9 is plastic I believe.This makes it seems really nice and expensive, especially when you're giving it to your talent.To summarise, I would not hesitate to buy again and you should too!!Good stuff. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Struggled to find clear channels *by L***H on 3 July 2019* Ruined a shoot with this, lots of interference, probably my fault, went to Rode Wireless Go instead. ### ⭐ Buyer Beware. Works on UK licensed frequencies, needs a site specific license to use. *by Q***N on 3 December 2019* Please be aware that the stated UHF frequency bands this operates at come under UK Co-Ordinated Licensed Frequencies and are illegal to use without paying a site specific license. Β£8.50 per frequency per 48 hr period. These frequencies are managed on a location basis to prevent interference for mission critical professional applications.The 470-790MHz range is also used for UK TV broadcasting and the specific bands used and areas covered is complex and is constantly changing. You need to contact Arqiva PMSE to determine whether a specific frequency is available at a particular location.There really should be rules about informing people of this before selling equipment that operates on these bands. Unfortunately there aren’t and the onus is on the consumer to learn about this.Given 1 star because I had to give a star rating to post this.
