USA Judo Single Weave Judo Gi Uniform - Kids & Adults Cotton Training Gi for Judo and Karate

My Gi came today. I'm 5'11 and around 185 pounds, and I decided to order a size 5. Everything fits, except the Gi is a bit too long, which makes it look big. The sleeves fit and so did everything else for my body. I have participated in judo for most of my life and this Gi is good. It's light, yet sturdy. I needed a Gi since my white one became small, so I just gave it away, but this is a really nice replacement for tournaments and practice. I bought me a Mizuno Gi on sale for around the same price as this, but it's always good to have an extra Gi. I'm going to wash the top since the pants fit well, although they appeared to be huge. As soon as you tighten it, it's fine. I had surgery for my meniscus not too long ago, therefore I will only edit this post around Febuary.

Doing various martial arts this is our go to it Softens after wash and use, works well, thick as it’s double, sizing as per Fuji.

I've owned a number of BJJ and Judo gis of various brands, including some pretty high-end ones, but Fuji has become my go-to. They're well-constructed, a great value, and the fit is generally good for me. A couple of things on size: I'm 5'10", athletic build, and I walk around at 190-195 lb. Based on the Fuji size chart, that would put me at the very top end of the size 4, or right in the middle of a 4.5. Based on that, I ordered a 4.5, but after a hot-water wash and hot tumble dry, the gi was still far too large. I ended up getting a 4, which fit perfectly after a wash and dry. So I would say, if you're borderline on the size chart, go down one size.

I bought this as my first gi. I thought the price tag seemed high at first but now I can tell it was well worth it. When I first got it, it was so stiff that it felt like I was wearing a rug but after about a week and a half it broke in very nicely. After a few months its still in perfect condition, no tears or threads coming loose, I can tell its well made and built to last. I machine wash this gi on the 'dedicates and knits' setting to have minimal shrinking. It did shrink a little bit the first time but an almost negligible amount (less than an inch off the sleeves). I am 5'7" and 155lbs and the 3.5 fits perfectly. I highly recommend this gi and plan on purchasing the blue double weave from Fuji at some point later in my judo career.

So far this had been a really good gi. I use it twice a week and wash it about once a week depending on how sweaty I get. I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and weigh about 215 pounds. I probably should have gotten a size 6 because that it what I have gotten with other gis but I went with their sizing chart that recommended 5.5. It fits well but the sleeves are just a hair shorter than I'd like and if I went to a high level tournament it may not be acceptable length for some referees. Overall though this is a really nice gi. It is good quality, heavy, and durable. Despite it being heavy, it allows me to move and bend with ease. Overall I would recommend this and only gave it a 4 star reating because of the short sleeve length. I will probably buy this gi again but get a size 6 next time.

Yup, it is a JudoGi. Child is 5' roughly 100 lbs and it fits. Fits like it should. It is durable and can handle the rough handling it gets at practice. In other words, it is exactly what it should be.

Top is well made but pants came from a different uniform, not even made from the same material. Top is double weave, stitched well. Pants seem polyester, thin, don't have proper stitching on the knees as any Judo or Aikdio gi should have. It feels like they separated the uniform top from bottom and then sold it for higher price. Pants are cheaply made, thin. They are not even karate heavy duty. Do not purchase.

This is a really good gi. I am 180cm 100kg and this was a little long in the sleeve but since I have put it through the drying machine for an hour it has reduced an inch or so, I believe the next wash it will be a perfect fit. Very nice cut and look. I would imagine for people my height 10kg less a 4 might do, the 4.5 indeed will fit but is on the larger side.

Don't hesitate this will do the work for a cheap price.

Excelente!!! La relación calidad precio difícilmente puede mejorarse. Muy grueso. Es una armadura. Se siente muy bien portarlo y le cuesta más a tu oponente sujetarte. El pantalón me pareció un poco corto pero nada para preocuparse. Viene muy reforzado y detallado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El Judo Gi es muy resistente y las costuras están reforzadas. La parte interna de cuello, puños y orilla interna de pantalón están decorados con la marca FUJI. El color está increíble.

Good judo gi. Not too stiff but should do its job.
