Iron stand instead of steel stand which is mention in the product description and also send me without cover

Terrible quality

Ordered it. Arrived damaged. Pen marks and rust stains on the cover!! Replaced it and second time too big stains and back grill totally rusted!!!I wont pay a penny for it!
