Yes, no problem for quarters and dimes.

How does this mount? And if its a direct screw in does it include the cutout template?

This coin acceptor mounts on a flat coin door using four carriage bolts and nuts which are included. It did not come with a template for the holes. I was replacing a similar unit that used the same standard hole layout.
