Don't people use this as a mosquito repellant? And, if so, are there instructions for diluting?

Yes. I have used this for mosquito and tick repellant and it works great! I just put about 10 drops in a spray bottle with water.

Is this purify oil the one they ingest for a uti along with the oregano oil in a capsule?

I would not recommend ingesting most blends of EO's.

I have a question about essential oils in general. Can you use them in a warmer that is typically used for melting wax? For home fragrance...?

No I would not use them in a warmer, heating essential oils changes their compound, rendering them less effective to non effective. Diffusing or even simply putting a few drops in your hand rubbing together and inhaling is far more effective.

I want something to put on my air duct filters to add a faint clean/not overpowering smell to the whole house. Would this do the job?

This essential oil is fantastic!!!! It is light and refreshing .... the more you smell it the more you want to smell more. My experience has been in a difuser and it it my opinion for the best results a difuser is best. However, I am sure if you mixed up a little spray bottle and sprayed your AC filter it might help. This purifies and cleans the air and your home will smell fresh.
