where are these made?

I would say China because of the real poor quality vinyl case. However, the files themselves are really decent. I was an auto mechanic for many years and now I do firearm repair. I am very familiar with a good tool vs a bad tool. I can honestly say these files will impress you. I use them all the time and on some very hard metals. 440, 4130, D2, etc. the files will smooth or cut all those metals. One of them did break but it was my fault. Give them a try.

can you use on dentures?

not a dentist but...No I would not even if desperate. It is not the same quality as dental tools and will leave material in the denture that may be toxic for you. Consult your dentist for dental adjustments!

There are two round rasps in the set. According to the pouch they came in the dimensions are 3x140. I checked and that is 3mm in diameter and 140mm in length.
