There is enough room and precut foam areas for the light, charger, large size battery, light filters, and even a cold shoe extension mount. **Q: How long does the battery life last, using AA's compared to compared to camera batteries?** A: Depends on how long you let it sit idle. I tried to use it yesterday and 8 bucks worth of Lithium AA cells were all dead. It was turned off (it even clicks off). But it was still using the batteries. So to confirm, I measured the current with it firmly in the off position. It draws a constant 5mA drain with it off. From now on, I'll pull out one battery when I'm not using it.
