Living proof Full Thickening Mousse

Update: 7/30/15: I was wrong. I admit it. I thought this mousse was overpriced for the results. And then when traveling, borrowed another friend's mousse. Yep. My hair didn't have all day volume and didn't hold my blow dry--leaving my hair looking a bit limp and wispy. So, if you have fine hair that needs some ooompff, haven't found something else that works well and can justify it (which I now do as I eat crow and press order on Amazon), go on and order up! I'm trying to resist the shampoo and conditioner right now, convincing myself that if I have $20 cans of mousse, they can fix your average shampoo/conditioner results just fine... Don't get me wrong--it's not bad or awful. It's less than okay when you consider the price because it's just not $20 good. It's mousse. Does the same stuff pretty much any old can of mousse you can buy at your local Target or CVS will do for you. Perhaps doesn't make your hair as 'crispy' as some--it's definitely gentler stuff--but there is no discernible level of thickening that merits the price charged. I wanted there to be so I wouldn't feel silly spending that much on a can of mousse...but c'est la vie. You live and you learn. I'll just head back to your run of the mill, off the shelf mousse that is a fraction of the cost and it will be just good enough...

I love this Living proof Mousse it's really good for Fine Thin hair. It gives me volume and shine! And it doesn't weigh my hair down. I have the Living Proof Shampoo Conditioner and Mousse and they work great! Definitely recommend all 3 products. The seller described this Mousse perfectly. Definitely give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and highly recommend them.

Shocked how well this product works. Typically wash my hair every day. However, since it is now past my shoulders would rather not spend the time on it. Naturally have great natural hair, but this product does boost the volume and works great. Gave it a 4 because I get tired of the scent. However, when I mentioned this to my stylist, she shared 3 others that smelled far worse. So, am happy with my selection and results.

This mousse is the best I've ever used. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it since I have very fine flat hair. It works

I have very fine, hair - think cotton candy. Works well to increase volume & hair texture.

While the product itself is great the bottle stops delivering the mousse after a few uses. I cleaned the nozzle with hot water to ensure it’s not clogged and still doesn’t work. Waste of money as I still have half a bottle of product.

After reading the reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. I am always looking for a good hair mousse, that will add both body, and volume. This product was pricey to me, so it took me a while to finally order it. I was especially concerned with the negative reviews, but some were good. I have fine, short,straight hair, but a lot of it. I need a product that will add volume, that lasts all day. I really thought this might be it, but unfortunately I was wrong. My hair, after using it, was not full of volume, but rather dull, and I could feel the product in my hair. My hair didn't feel clean either. Whenever I ran a brush through it, I could hear the hairs breaking. I waited a few days, and tried it again. This time with its sister partner, Root lift. Well, no difference. It looked the same, and felt the same. I get better results with products that cost less. Very disappointed in this product, and all of Living Proof's Full line. Too pricey for something that doesn't do as advertised.

Update….. my mistake. It was my brush that didn’t work. Not the product!!! I’m sorry!!! My daughter in law gave me a different brush and the product worked amazingly!!! I needed to come correct my review!!! It’s great for the volume with the correct wider styling brush!! I was so hopeful that this product would work!! Especially because it is non returnable. It’s horrible! Does nothing! No volume at all. Let my $30 loss be your gain. I am so disappointed. Don’t buy it and waste your $30! I’m a bit sad! I was so hopeful!
