I'm not so much a hot tea drinker as I prefer mine cold combined with fruit. But I love the Oolong taste and I've always liked the Jasmine tea as well. I can drink this during the day or have it around dinner time and it doesn't keep me awake at night. I like the fact it's organic and in addition, I know of a lot of talks regarding tea bags and microplastics. I contacted Bigelow regarding this, and this was their reply: "Please know that the tea bag paper we use does not contain plastics. We are proud to produce over 2.3 billion tea bags annually in our three manufacturing facilities in the United States of America. Over 90% of those tea bags use, what is called in the industry, non-heat seal paper. Our heat seal paper is made of wood pulp and abaca fiber. We use non-heat seal paper for all our tea boxes that contain 18, 20, 28, 60, 80 and 100 tea bags. The remaining tea bags which we manufacture (i.e., 40 count) use a heat seal paper. Review: Finally Found My Tea - I had always enjoyed this tea but couldn't find it when a warehouse club stopped carrying it. My sister recently told me that she had bought it on desertcart, and here we are. I made sure that I was actually purchasing from Bigelow and this was a great deal. Package came as a box inside of a plastic sleeve. As you can see from the photos the box was perfectly intact and all 6 boxes are properly sealed and undamaged. The Lemon Ginger flavor pairs very well with green tea and a bit of honey, and at night its soothing with honey all by itself.
