It was fine for about 10 minutes, but then the top spinning part stopped working and just clicked when I put it on that mode. So I returned it and got a new one (the return process was easy and quick and they got me a new one with one-day shipping for free). Then the new one started having issues right away: It was too loud, and it kept rolling off my back, so that one was defective as well. I returned that one and didn't buy a new one - it just wasn't worth $70 to keep having issues with it. I won't order another one until I know they have fixed these glitches. The idea is great... it was very relaxing, and I liked the way the wheels helped pull and massage me too. But having to stop and put it on my back every few minutes (or the noise the second one made) just wasn't worth it for me.
