The only problem was that it was delivered with a huge crack in the neck. It looked and sounded so great I kept it until it broke a month later and amazon was nice enough to replace it. However, when the replacement arrived it was a different model. It is not as sparkly and a more reddish pink color which I can deal with along with different bridge piece. The biggest thing is that it sounds awful. It has a brassy metallic tone to it that won't go away no matter how many times I retune it. The first one had a beautiful sound nothing like this one. I live in a house full of musicians and even the most talented guitar player sounds like a beginner on this thing. I don't understand how just a different model could sound so horrific but I cringe every time I play it.
