Always I prepare chicken breast for the whole week as part of my meal-prep plan. I prefer to use the slices as I get from my butcher so I don't have to weigh them every time. Sometimes I feel the marination doesn't enter the chicken fully and I don't like to make cuts. This was recommended by one of my chef friends and I decided to try it out immediately. Arrived last week and I could barely wait until weekend to try this. At last the weekend arrived and pulled this out of the package.
