No big deal
I bought this since I was making a large purchase anyway to save myself a trip to the store. Really it's no money saver. I would've spent $6.60 on 6 lbs from my local store, so considering I paid $13 for 7lbs is ridiculous! It's the same p.s. nothing different.

Terrible.
When used in baking, it's okay, however in any sort of glaze or icing, this sugar had a pronounced chalky flavor that doesn't go away with any amount of whipping or dilution. I think it's from the added cornstarch, or maybe the sugar itself is somehow flawed. I ended up throwing it away.
