Awesome planner - it keeps me on track and organized
** Original review ** This is advertised in the description, in 2 different places, as being a 1 year planner. I can't afford a $50 yearly planner, and I have never paid more than $15 for a yearly planner. After much back-and-forth, because for me $25 is a lot of money right now, I justified the purchase by the thought that using this planner would help increase my productivity and help me focus on my goals. It is not a 1 year planner, it is a 6-month planner. I didn't see any mention of that anywhere in the product description. I received the planner and I'll admit, I was impressed. The packaging was great. The cover is awesome. It doesn't quite lay flat, but it gets pretty close to it. It looks to be good quality. Then I looked at the back of the planner and it says it has a 6-month daily planner layout...….? Why was that not in the description when I made the purchase? So I double-checked the description. Nope, it says 1 year undated planner. Ok... so why the bait and switch? I'm sorry but I don't care how good your product is, if you aren't accurate and honest in your product description, I'm going to speak up. This was shady. Companies need to be held accountable for how they represent their products, because we as consumers base our purchasing decisions on the information they provide us. So maybe you need to have someone check your work and proofread for you, idk, but I'm not a happy customer. ** Updated review ** Clever Fox fixed the mistakes in the product description shortly after they found out about them. They also reached out to me directly, and now I'm a happy customer. This planner is awesome. You can take your yearly goals and break them down by month, week, and day. It really helps you keep on track with your goals because you aren't just writing them down at the beginning of the year and forgetting about them. You have to revisit them at least once a month (if not every week). I don't use the monthly calendars much, but I like that I can write appointments in them for the following months. I also don't use the habit/skill tracker anymore because I have more habits to track than space in the planner, so instead I use an app for that. But when I was using it the habit tracker was great and I may use it again later, but in a different way. Every Sunday I review my week and setup for the next week. It probably takes me about an hour to review the week and setup for the next one, but it's an hour well spent. This planner keeps me very on track and organized. I like that it has a separate work to-do list because I work from home. While a lot of planners only allow you to plan by the hour, the daily schedule in this planner allows me to plan tasks by the half hour. That allows me a lot more flexibility with my plans. Occasionally I look around at other planners to see if there's one I like better, but so far I can't find one I like better than this one. It has everything I need (and things I didn't know I needed). Thank you Clever Fox!

Great Planner
I've done a lot of research into planners. This one is the best. Why? - no random quotes taking up space - pages for every day, every week, and every month. Looking at my time at various scales is key. - I love the week plan approach. This is how I approach my life in the short term, and how I feel organized on a day to day basis. So many planners just don't have this. It's so cathartic and calming to, every Sunday, reflect on the previous week and plan the next one using the Week Plan and Week Review pages. - there are also plenty of pages for checking in on your longer term goals (monthly and yearly) - no meal tracking or water tracking: I find this a little triggering and bad for my mental health to plan out every meal. I have the space to make to-dos to meal prep, go grocery shopping, etc, but don't have to plan every meal out to the T, which is when the food focus crosses the line into anxiety, poor body image, etc. I don't need to track water because I already drink plenty and my body tells me when I'm thirsty. This planner lets me feel in control of my life! It WORKS for the way my brain works and helps me get sh*t done while reflecting and planning periodically on different time scales. It has enough structure to guide you in the right direction, but enough freedom to let you use it how you want to use it. PLUS, it fits a whole SIX MONTHS! Most planners like this are missing some of the key pages that the Clever Fox planner has, yet only contain three months worth of days! So Clever Fox is actually a pretty good bang for your buck when it comes to this kind of planner.

Planner Heaven
I honestly love it. I am RIDICULOUSLY forgetful, and have spent my life (I’m late 20’s, but still, I’ve spent a good 16 years) looking for “The Perfect Planner”. You know, the one that fixes your whole life and magically makes you 100% more organized. Clever Fox’s “Daily” Planner is the one that I think is actually going to do that for me. It has the daily spread, which I love, because I like to get incredibly detailed with my schedule (seriously, insanely forgetful), and weekly spreads just don’t give you the room for that. BUT, it also has a weekly summary at the beginning of every 7 daily spreads! I LOVE this, because it lets me sum up the super important to-do’s for my entire week in one spot so I don’t forget them while I’m focused on my current daily spread. BUT BUT, it ALSO has monthly spreads in the front to put down important dates or vacation times, etc. I love that I have all 3 layouts available, because I track different things with each kind! To talk about some of the more specific features that help make this system work, this planner is COMPLETELY undated, which means that the actual days of the week (Sunday-Saturday) aren’t written in! My work week (for whatever reason, I don’t know, I didn’t make it) runs Wednesday-Tuesday, and with this system, I can actually reflect that! It makes viewing the week so much easier, because I’m not flipping between two weeks to see everything I need to see! Clever Fox’s Daily also has spots to write down monthly, weekly, and daily goals for yourself, and it even gives you different categories to focus on (health, romance, family/friends, spiritual, fun, etc)! I love this, it gives me something to be focused on as I go through my day - and the weekly main goal’s “reward if accomplished” box gives me something to look forward to besides just getting it done! Another thing I love is the weekly review at the end of each 7 dailys! Seeing my growth throughout the weeks is an amazing motivator to keep it up! Honestly, I love every single feature of this planner system, and to list them all would result in a book for a review, so I’ll switch gears and wrap it up with a few points I noticed upon opening the box. She is THICC. A lot thicker than it looked in the pictures, but I don’t mind. (Like from the tip of my thumb to the first knuckle.) The color is gorgeous and rich. It has 3 different ribbon bookmarks to keep your places (I plan to use mine for the current monthly, weekly, and daily spread, but there are other pages you could mark if you wanted). It’s a hardcover planner, so she’s nice and sturdy. This is a planner I see myself using every day, and I am looking forward to it. I’m sure when my 6 months are up, I’ll be repurchasing!

Almost perfect honestly.
I wasn’t sure what I was looking for when looking for something to help organize my life. Found this book and thought it was really well laid out, but $25 seemed a bit much. After using it for a bit I’m quite pleased with the quality and would happily buy it at that price again. This book is laid out really well for those looking to make improvements in their lives, even helping you keep track of good and bad habits. It really focuses on life balancing between work, friends, relationships, and yourself. My main gripe is that the daily scheduler is built for daytime living. So night crew be creative here. For the creators: A simple fix for this would just have a small line in place of the times on the schedule so you can write your own times in there. I would love to see in an updated version that simply adds a page to each week. Have the “WEEK OF” page extended to the right on a new page and add a weekly meal plan page. Under each day on the plan have a small section of a few targets such as calorie, fat, and protein targets. This format would be pretty useful for diets that may require a little more planning and less regularity. On the other side of the meal plan page. Have a section (or sectionable) grocery list. Another possible addition is having a workout page for each week too. Have a place for weight, bmi, and other (should be less regularly checked) to be logged once or twice a month. Between changing the schedule to be more flexible to adding that 1 more page per week with meal planning and they keep the same price of 25.99... I would shamelessly recommend this to a lot of people. Any other ideas they put into an update like that I’ve offered would make it that much still. these are the 2 changes I would love to see before I gives this product 5 Stars.

Great planner for looking at one day at a time.
I have several of the clever fox products, and their design works well with the way I think. Pros: 1. Three ribbons to mark pages. Such a simple feature that goes a long way. I have one at the month page, one at the week, and one at the day I'm on. 2. Pen loop so you can always have a writing instrument ready. 3. Encourages setting goals and self assessment. There is a place to write your monthly, weekly, and daily goals/priorities. This is nice for breaking down the big projects in your life and making them doable. There is also a habit tracker and a place to set goals for individual areas such as work, family, recreation, etc. The self assessment pages are great too, becuase it helps you to reflect on your accomplishments as well as find the weak areas in your life so that you can work on them. 4. Plenty of space. Each day is a full page with half hour schedual slots. I will jot down things that need to be done at a specific but I'm operate mostly off of a routine rather than a timetable so I usually go down my list of things to be done in order. 5. Undated. No hard feelings for buying it smack dab in the middle of the year becuase you write your own dates in. 6. Soft cover and nice color choices. Possible Cons: None of these bother me, but they could be a problem fore some people so... 1. It's thick. This is a 6mo. Daily planer with a full page for each day, so it's about an inch thick. If you need something for your desk, it's fantastic, but if you need something to carry around, not so much. 2. It's only 6mo. If it were a full year, it would be cumbersome even for a desk planner, so its to be expected. 3. It doesn't seem like it could take a lot of abuse. Regular use at my desk? No problem. But that's what it's meant for. All around, it's a great planner for home or office and will be purchasing again when it's filled up.

My FAVORITE daily planner
This is an amazing planner! I have tried Inkwell weekly planners (both horizontal and vertical), Happy Planner, Day Designer, a bunch of generic brands, and also Passion Planner. Here's what I love: -There are no extra quotes, sections prompting me to note how many glasses of water I drank today, or any nonsense artwork. -A "week overview" page for each week for me to jot down my goals for the week. All the daily planners I've used don't have this. Other planners just have monthly calendars with daily pages. -There are THREE ribbons to bookmark certain pages. Other planners that have a ribbon have one ONE. - Saturday and Sunday aren't lumped together on one page nor does Sat/Sun have 1/2 the page each. I do lots on the weekend. I just hate it when my planner has so little space to plan things out on the weekends. (I almost bought a Simplified Planner, but didn't after I found out both weekly and daily formats both condense Sat & Sun spaces. -This is a non-coil planner. Day Designer would be a great planner if it didn't have a coil. Coils always get in my way when I write on the page and get bent out of shape throughout the months. -The weekly review page is becoming more useful than I thought. There is a page after the 7th day each week for a very quick "weekly" review. -The Daily pages have timeslots to write scheduled appts AND some space for todo's for this day. I appreciate that the todo's are not cut up into sections such as errands, work, etc. But it is a space space of a few lines to jot todo's I'd like to accomplish for the day. I would have stuck with the Passion Planner (it is a weekly format) since its a thinner one, but I hated how I could not write a todo specifically for a particular day that is not a scheduled appt at a given time. - The one "dotted" blank page at the end of the week allows for any ideas I need to "braindump" on paper can be collected here. At the end of the week, any todo's I didn't get to for the week, I highlight them and write any into the next/new week, figure out what todo's I need to write down in my "future" list. There are some blank pages at the back of the planner for free-flow ideas you need to write down to capture. You have to write in days and dates in ths undated planner, but it doesn't take long to do. Being undated allows you to start at anytime of the year. The planner is only for 6 months. I don't mind. Itd it was for a year it would weigh too much and be too bulky. It's already a good thick size. I don't mind since it's for daily pages. I don't feel I need carry around a year worth of daily pages around with me so I'm fine with this. I really like viewing a fresh page for the day AND being able to jot down and refer back to my weekly page for goal setting. The only downside I can say it is on the thick side being a "daily" planner. What do you expect? Most daily formats are pretty thick. Just keep that in mind. So far this is my FAVORITE "daily" planner. I highly, highly recommend!!

Great planner, especially for those with ADHD
First off, this planner is great, the book itself is nice and sturdy, the pages are nice quality and thick so there is no bleed through, and the three bookmarks are great for being able to flip back and forth between the sections. The physical planner is worth every cent by itself. Where it really shines though, is the way it is set up. The planner has sections at the front with goals, visioning, affirmations, and monthly calendars, followed up by weekly sections that have space for both planning and reviewing your week, as well as scheduling individual days. This creates a great balance between setting long term goals and plans, while still being able to zoom down to the daily and weekly level. It's a good mix. I am a software developer with ADHD, and I have been using this planner for the last 6 months, and immediately ordered another one as soon as I filled up the first one. It has helped me tremendously to stick to my goals and appointments, and I have gotten many times better at following up on things, and completing to-do items just from badly using the planner for 6 months. I like as well that you have to write your own dates in the calendar, as it forces you to slow down and actually focus on planning out each week, which is essential for someone with a fast paced brain that goes everywhere. If I were to suggest one improvement to the planner, it would be that I wish there were reminders built into the weekly sections to go back and review the goals that it has you set up in the beginning. While the weekly review and planning sessions are great for making sure your weeks are cohesive and productive, I often find myself forgetting to check in with the roadmap I was trying to build in the first place. Of course, having said this, you definitely can go and add those reminders yourself, it would just be nice if they were included already somehow. Definitely buy this planner if you need help getting your life in order, especially for ADHD brains. So long as you commit to using it regularly, you will see great improvements just from the way it is laid out.

Not finding it helpful
Cover is not sturdy-- within 2 weeks was being warped by the elastic band that holds it closed. I have not added any pages or papers and I'm not using the pocket in the back cover, so it's not a result of added bulk. There are stickers provided with it, but they really don't serve any purpose and in an unfathomable design flaw, the sheets of stickers are too large for the pocket you're intended to store them in. I say unfathomable because they're sheets of paper with stickers. How much thought or effort would it take to cut that paper to a size that fits in the planner, so that you have them with the planner if you want to use them? The book is bulkier and heavier than I expected. Not one to be carried around in a briefcase or purse to help keep you on track trough the day. Fine for keeping on a desk. Also, not a flaw, but just a note -- most of the sections and note areas are not helpful for their labeled purposes. I'm not sure real people with real jobs have time to use them that way. But, if you ignore the labels on all the labeled sections, those areas do provide some space on the pages to make necessary notes, jot contact info, etc. I'll get by with this one, but probably won't buy another like it. I need something more streamlined and more efficient to use, with better organization and less bulk. A planner should be something that makes my life less complicated. Not something that complicates my life and wastes my time with pages that continually need to be set up in advance and tiny note sections that make me go searching through random pages for necessary information rather than keeping it all in one place, say in a contacts or meeting notes section.

I am pleased with my Clever Fox Planner and will probably buy another.
I've used my planner for a week and so far I'm quite pleased with it. It looks really nice, and I like the layout. It helps you narrow down your focus each day - your main goal, priorities, to-do list and schedule is on one page, so you don't have to flip around. This information is available at a glance so that checking your planner several times a day is more effective. The three ribbon markers help prevent the faff of flipping around - I use them to mark the month, week, and day. I chose the daily because, as someone with ADHD/dyslexia, I have difficulty with executive function and I just don't seem to experience time the way others do. Being able to "see" my day helps keep me on track. It is a little more expensive than the other planners I considered. But the quality is very good - very sturdy with thick paper - so I didn't mind.

Planeador Diario sin Fecha, The Clever Fox
