Will they work with the mee audio m6 pro

Yes! The Mercury earphone tips will work with the MEE Audio M6 Pro.

If i order medium size only for sony wf-1000xm4, how many do i get for $20

3, however, I would not recommend these, they're too long and will cause the headphone to be farther away from your head.

Mine keep slipping out. Thought it was wax, cleaned them, still do that. I use small, and wonder if this is normal?

If you use small tips to get the nozzle closer to your ear canal that usually means you either like low profile IEMs or you sleep in them. I use mediums with my IE80 that I sleep in & they never fall out. Get a multi pack & see which is best suited for the size & weight of your IEMs. Good luck.
