Excellent tool for getting pressure right where you need it, I use it loads whilst watching tv after a hard run or gym session, built to last too.

I don't get much use from the softer orange balls, but the harder black part is perfect for shoulder and upper back muscles. I use this any time I've got tension from stress or exercise, it feels great.

I loved the idea of this product. I also loved the relief it provided. But after not long and not much pressure, it just came apart. It didnt snap. It just literally came apart. I have written the seller. And have still not received a reply which is upsetting. I will continue to wait however. As i believe in forgiveness and a second chance. TDK [email protected]

Finally something to help get the knots out of my upper back! I crochet and paint etc, and after long stints I can get awful knots at the top of my back/shoulder area. I hold near the orange and to give me leverage to press the black end into the knot and hold with pressure and I can feel the knot releasing. Great product. A bit of a pain to store, but it's worth it :)

Was a bit worried about this breaking after reading reviews when I bought it, but triggerpoint usually makes good stuff, must of had it for a year or two now, I dont know if people are using it for a grappling hook or what to break it, but no issues here, been really useful.
