Im a beginner to gas plane can some tell me if this "asp s25aii two stroke glow engine w/remote needle" can work on 2 stroke fuel like a weedwacker

As others have said you need to purchase glow fuel specifically designed for this type of engine. Typically it sells for approx. $20/gallon. There are gas engines made for hobby aircraft and they would require 2 stroke fuel such as you describe......this engine is not one of them.

No this engine must run on a 2 stoke nitromethane based fuel

Engine is ready to run, but you must break it in. Just hook up the lines, prime it by cranking with your finger over the exhaust and fire it up.

Will this work in a truck also. Like for say a traxxes TMaxx 1/10 replacement for a 3.3

Not the right application for this engine. This one is designed for aircraft. Go to the O.S. website and you will find several models for car and buggy use.
